- The first step to a good carpet cleaning is vacuuming. Unfortunately most companies skip that step. Our technicians start every appointment by vacuuming to get as much of the dry soil out as possible. We also use an edger vacuum to remove all of the dust and pet hair that accumulates on the edges.
- Next, they mix up a pretreatment with hot water. Our pretreatment breaks down the oily soils in the carpet. We may ask to use a faucet to mix up this enzyme. After the pretreatment works for a few minutes, technicians spray our signature, citrus-based cleaning solution. We also include a FREE mild orange deodorizer in our cleaning solution, which leaves your carpets looking and smelling great.
- Next, we bring in a floor buffer with absorbent pads to scrub the carpets, remove dirt and stains, and pick up the cleaning solutions we sprayed down. So where does the dirt and moisture go? It gets picked up by our absorbent pads and taken away from your home! Crew members will swap out the dirty pads for clean ones as they are working.
- Finally, we apply our Heaven’s Best fabric protector to keep your carpet in great shape after the cleaning. We groom the fibers to spread the fabric protector evenly, stand the fibers up, and help the carpet dry faster. Then we are on our way! Your carpet will be dry in about 1 hour.

Most appointments take about 90 minutes from start to finish. Dry times can be just 1 hour, but we usually add our Heaven’s Best fabric protector to every job. This protector will help keep your carpet in good condition after the cleaning, but it does add a little to the dry time. Other things that can increase your dry times: pet treatments, red dye removal, and carpets that are heavily soiled. Most carpets will dry in about 2-3 hours after cleaning.
Yes! We offer pet enzyme treatment to neutralize any problems areas. We also offer several kinds of deodorizer to attack problem odors.

Prior to our arrival, we ask that you move as many small items off the floor as possible. We are happy to move sofas, chairs, and tables for you. Larger items like beds, dressers, china cabinets, and TV stands will stay in place. If we need to clean underneath those items, they must be moved before our technicians arrive.
We typically book out about 1-2 weeks depending on the season. You can find our most up-to-date schedule using our online booking system.
